Standard service calls are billed at $75/hour with a 1 hour minimum. When Brad arrives at your house and evaluates the work needed he will give you an estimate of the amount of labor required as well as the cost of parts so that there is an understanding about the scope of work. Please note that some standard jobs like hot water heaters, boilers are always quoted.

Clearing a main line requires using a large sewer machine. If the use of the larger sewer machine is necessary the main line sewer cleaning charges are applied. Standard line snaking with a hand held snake is billed at the standard $75/hour rate.

Professional evaluation of a plumbing or heating system is $35 for 1/2 hour. Typically an evaluation is needed when a customer is buying a house, selling a house, wanting a second opinion or would like advice for a project that you are working on.

All water heater pricing includes the cost of the heater, parts for installation and removal of the old hot water heater. All hot water heaters are Bradford White brand.
